Resident Reconstruction Of Industrial Buildings

With the development of city,many previous industrial buildings which located in suburban area are surrounded by increasing urban.But the outdated industries that these constructions represent are gradually eliminated.Then these factories were abolished,just like many black holes in the dark,which cut off the relationship of city area.If we just simply demolish them,actually,it will have a waste of social resources and a influence of city environment.Thus outdated industry reform and reuse is an important project for future architects.There is a trend that nation policies encourage to develop pension industry.The national plan for 13th Five-year require us to solve this problem with positive attitude.The factory is belong to Nan jin pharmaceutical group which has a picturesque and quiet environment.That is a nice place for the old people to live on.This design focus on four dimensions:spatial scale transformation,the study of old people behaviors,creation of physical environment and structure mode.Firstly we use Airpak to simulate the wind environment and get the general form of architecture.Then we study the old behavior to confirm the distribution of interior function.Most reforms just transform industrial buildings into office or exhibition of public buildings.There are few reforms transform it into residential buildings,especially for single story factory buildings which have a large span.I hope to discus the possibility of the reform which transform the large span industrial buildings into pension buildings.
