| Project management is a modern and scientific way of scientific application and management,which has already been applied in western developed countries in a very scientific,perfect and reasonable way.The theory of project management is the actual work process for project management based on project management is a one-time items by strict requirement and resource restrict in the major responsibility,relationship is complicated,the construction schedule management.The project management can make the management of construction project become scientific,reasonable and feasible,and there are systematic principles.Now according to our country’s construction project actively referenced project management,based on the actual case to collect analysis found that,in the construction project using project management to enhance the quality of the project to a great extent,ensure the construction period is completed,reduce the cost there is a very key role.Schedule control and project management is an important goal,one of the three key contents and construction funds,construction schedule,the project quality,schedule and control work level to a great extent for the project success and failure,and is still great the extent to the economic benefits of the project and in the future development of the situation.Therefore,in view of the construction of the project,it is very important to plan and control the schedule.This paper introduced the Ji’nan iron and steel plant heating engineering construction project management,construction project are analyzed in Ji’nan iron and steel plant heating project,project background and project characteristics according to the schedule scheme based on;Ji’nan iron and steel plant heating engineering construction project design work,the project structure is decomposed by WBS,the logical relationship of activities the judgment,work duration estimate and schedule development;finally,according to the schedule,Ji’nan iron and steel plant heating engineering construction project control,put forward the optimization,resource allocation optimization,dynamic adjustment and schedule supporting measures.The study found that in the heating engineering construction project of Ji’nan iron and steel works exist the problem of lack of management mechanism in the development stage of schedule management;in the design stage and construction stage are lack of process control,chaos communication system is in the stage of completion;and there are also drawbacks of very large.According to the measures for improving the design of construction project management of Ji’nan iron and steel plant heating engineering process,the first step is to clear the construction of management mechanism and quality target management in the development stage to strengthen;pay attention to the design quality in the design stage,increase the construction supervision;strengthen the process control,timely and effective communication in the construction stage and the improvement in the completion;stage. |
