Research On Linjiang 66KV Xigu Substation Engineering Cost Control

Cost control is one of the main contents of project management.Substation project because in the process of construction project organization structure complicated part,electrification project demands a high technical level is difficult and complex process,construction is affected by many factors such as the reason,make the transformer substation construction project cost control more and more difficult.During most of the construction of the substation,due to the backward management methods,and material waste is serious,artificial cost over budget,makes the construction of the substation project cost out of control situation.But under the competitive environment,who can cut costs,management and control in a reasonable scope,who will be able to get advantage in the fierce competition environment.So this paper takes river 66 KVXG substation project as the research object,analysis of cost management in the process of its construction,find out the cost control problems and the cause of the problem,and according to the reasons and summarizes the measures of cost optimization problem,which provide certain beneficial reference for construction enterprises to improve profits.This article is divided into six parts altogether,the first part gives a brief overview of the selected topic background,research significance and purpose of this paper,in the theoretical research results of cost control at home and abroad,and in this paper,we study the method and technical route,from the Angle of the theory of project cost optimization control was introduced;The second part introduces the concepts involved in the article,mainly discusses the concept of project management and cost control and their respective characteristics and principles,it also introduces the theoretical basis of the project cost optimization,the author thinks that the cost control theory,dynamic system control theory,total cost management theory and the theory of earned value management constitutes the theory basic of cost control;The third part of XG to introduce current situation of cost control of transformer substation,points out existing problems,and further analyzed its the reason why there are problems in cost control,thus for cost optimization of control;The fourth part in the third part of the existing problems and causes of problems for reference,optimize the substation project cost control,puts forward the optimization scheme,including the optimization of the basic principles and specific measures;The fifth part is the concrete safeguard measures for the implementation of the plan,from the three aspects of organization,performance management and personnel training.It is believed that through a series of improved and optimized measures,the cost control can meet the intended target,and the profits of construction enterprises will be improved.
