With the rapid development of power grid in recent years,the intelligent level of power equipment and supporting power grid has been relatively mature.However,most of the existing substations were built and put into operation a few years or even more than ten years ago.At this stage,conventional substation can not meet the demand of smart grid.Therefore,under the guidance of the concept of smart grid,substation intelligence is an important development side of power grid substation towards.Taking 66kV conventional substation as an example,this thesis puts forward the concept of intelligent transformation of conventional substation,analyzes the technical characteristics and intelligent characteristics of intelligent substation in detail,studies the specific problems in the intelligent transformation of conventional substation,and deeply analyzes the technical characteristics and control technology of conventional substation,According to the requirements and principles of intelligent transformation of substation,the minimum technical requirements of intelligent substation such as station control layer,bay layer and process layer are proposed,and the general idea of intelligent transformation of station control layer,bay layer and process layer is given.In order to effectively realize the intelligent transformation of substation,the key technologies of relay protection and multi-function measurement and control at the same time,and digital energy metering system in intelligent substation are deeply studied.Based on the analysis of the requirements of multi-function measurement and control,two kinds of multi-function measurement and control access schemes are designed.The advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes are analyzed.Both schemes meet the requirements of intelligent transformation.Based on the in-depth analysis of the digital energy metering system,the error and error influence of the analog voltage and current obtained by the digital energy metering compared with the conventional transformer are analyzed.The existing substation energy metering always has the error problem.The performance test of the electronic transformer,the merging unit and the digital energy meter is carried out,and the results show that the proposed improvement is feasible The method can meet the needs of practical application and provide data support for intelligent transformation of conventional substation in the future. |
