As an important part of the power grid,substations directly affect the safe and reliable operation of the entire power grid system,shouldering the task of interconnecting with power plants and power users.Once the substation fails,it will inevitably affect production and life.So its importance is unquestionable.This paper combines the characteristics of the operation mode of Xing’an League power grid to design the 66 kV Erlongshan substation.The design and design of the substation were studied from the overall design of the substation,the electrical primary system including short-circuit current calculation,reactive power compensation,electrical equipment selection and secondary system design,and system relay protection design.The overall design and demonstration part of the substation mainly demonstrates the overall structural design of the substation,expounds the design principles and basic requirements of the main electrical wiring,and analyzes the power supply load in the Erlongshan area,and initially depicts the overall structural outline of the substation.The substation electrical primary system design part mainly demonstrates the main wiring scheme,main transformer capacity and model,and neutral grounding mode of the substation,through the main wiring design,the selection of the main transformer,the electrical calculation of the primary system operation data and the reactive power.The compensation study completed the electrical primary system design.Then the substation was designed for secondary system,including scheduling system and communication system design.Next,according to the current,voltage and usage requirements of the electrical equipment in accordance with normal operation,the relevant electrical equipment was selected and verified.Finally,the paper also carried out relay protection design for the system from the main transformer protection design and lightning protection design.The whole system design strictly comply with from the raw data of the power system,the relevant requirements,design principles and level so as to maKe system design more economic,reasonable and reliable operation.
