Research On Control Mechanism Of Project Based On Intelligent Construction

In recent years,the development speed of the construction industry is growing,large construction projects are more and more,the amount of information in the process of project implementation is also growing,which makes it difficult to control.The construction project management and control is a kind of management activity,which can be completed by many types of work and many participants.And the whole life cycle of the project needs to deal with a large number of information.With the “information island” phenomenon between the participants of the construction project is more serious,hinder the effective implementation of the project,the main cause of this situation is the lag of project management theory,research method and control mechanism.Although China has to accelerate the construction of information,increase the application of information technology investment,the application of information technology and project management level has increased,but the efficiency of construction project management is still low,the production mode is relatively backward,the construction industry is still extensive mode has not been changed.“Intelligent Construction” is a new construction concept,it requires the integration of new information technology applied to the construction industry to change the traditional mode of production and management,at the same time to change the "information island" faced by construction industry,the information transmission efficiency,improve the efficiency of information exchange among the participants of the project.Means of wisdom applied directly to the project construction process,change the traditional construction mode,the innovation of traditional building ideas.First of all,this paper studies the connotation of Intelligent Construction,through reading the literature from the relationship of Smart City and Intelligent Construction,the relevant theory of Intelligent Construction and technical support three aspects to elaborate the core idea of Intelligent Construction.Then,through thecomparative analysis of the differences between the Intelligent Construction and the traditional construction,and the existing problems of the project management and control,the paper concludes that the characteristics of the project management and control under the Intelligent Construction,lays a theoretical foundation for the following research.Secondly,this paper studies the content of project management under the Intelligent Construction.Based on the analysis of the key factors of project management,determining the "iron triangle" of schedule,quality and cost as the main content of the research,and through the study of the principles and methods of project management and control,we can get the advantage of project management under the Intelligent Construction.Finally,from three aspects of system,organization structure and process to build the mechanism of project management and control based on Intelligent Construction,and determining the content,evaluation criteria and evaluation method of the mechanism of project management and control based on Intelligent Construction to quantify the mechanism,the purpose is to provide guidance for the application and promotion of the Intelligent Construction.The innovation of this paper is to introduce the concept of intelligent construction into the project management and control,make the management and control of the whole life cycle of the project intelligently,enrich the traditional project management and control theory,innovate project management method,and put forward the mechanism of project management and control based on Intelligent Construction,providing a new perspective and method for solving the problem of construction enterprises faced to,also providing a new way of construction project management and control.
