Construction industry is the second industry of our country,for a long time,the industry to provide a stable contribution for the economic growth of our country and it is an important support to China’s current economy.moreover,construction industry offers hundreds of millions of jobs every year,as a result,the construction industry has maintained a rapid development under the policy of promoting urbanization construction in china,However,ensuing it,the construction industry has caused serious impact on the ecological environment.such as land-lost,water pollution,noise pollution,air pollution,etc..Along with the developing of our country is increasing,people pay more high expectation to the quality of life also becomes more and more fierce,“low carb on,environmental protection and sustainability” is not only a pet phrase of people,but also a hot issue of the whole society.In this context,The leader of China’s construction industry have put forward the demand for “Technical upgrading,structural optimization,quality and safety,low carbon and environmental protection”of the future development of the industry,factory prefabricated assembly house emerged.There are many kinds of structural forms of prefabricated residential buildings,this paper mainly studies the multi story steel structure residence.Steel is not only a good green material,but also has the characteristics of high strength and light weight andhigh recovery ratio,therefore,the state also strongly supports the development of steel structure residence,many provinces and municipalities have introduced relevant policies to guide and encourage the development of steel structure residential industry.Besides,the steel capacity of our country has ranked first in the world for many years,but the proportion of that for the construction industry is far below the level of developed countries,this situation has created a critical need for stimulating domestic demand and create new economic growth points through the development of steel structure residential industry.It is thus clear that China’s steel structure residential industry will usher in a long-term development in the coming decades.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part mainly introduces the history and development of steel structure residence at home and abroad,as well as the research background,research significance and the main content of the research work;The second part mainly describes the characteristics and classification of the traditional structure and prefabricated building,and then mainly introduces several common structural forms of steel structure residence;In the third part of the paper,we first introduce the two kinds of structural analysis software used in this paper,and then introduce some design data the structure scheme of the model,finally by comparing the results of two kinds of software,the correctness of calculation is guaranteed;in In the fourth part,these two types of frameworks are compared and analyzed from the aspect of structural perfor mance,such as the quality of the floor,the ratio of shear to weight,the displacement between layers,and so on.In the fifth part,these two types of frameworks are compared and analyzed from the perspective of life cycle cost;The last part is the summary and prospect of this paper.
