The Optimization Analysis Of The Multilayer Frame Structure

The Multilayer frame structure is one of the widely used structure form at present.Usually the rectangular cross section column is used in frame structure.With the economic rapidly development and the standard of living rapidly improvement,People put forward higher requirements to architectural forms.Such as the room with a biggerusable floor area、a beautiful indoor arrangement and so on.Two kinds of frame structures have different advantages and disadvantages.So the optimization analysis of multi-story frame structure has a practical value.By reading a lot of literature on the frame structure and taking a practical project as a casehe,the paper carry on the design calculation through establishing two kinds of frame structure model by the PKPM software.We should establish the special-shaped column frame structure model by using PKPM software firstly according to the specification of the special-shaped column structure.According to the principle of equal rigidity,we establish rectangle column frame structure model of the corresponding.We compared two kinds of structure stress according to the two frame structure internal force and reinforcement of information.Secondly, I worked out four kinds of cost budget of frame structure,according to the Beijing building engineering cost quota,by using Grandsoft cost software and then made a comparative analysis of cost and unit area economic indicators about the main parts of several kinds of multilayer frame structure.Finally, we analyze seismic design about the two kinds of frame structure through the PKPM software.We need analysis the seismic information of the frame construction according to seismic information about the two kinds of the frame structure.Through the design and seismic analysis about the rectangular column frame structure and the special-shaped column frame structure,we make a reasonable evaluation on the comprehensive performance of multilayer frame structure and application scope.The research work provides some suggestions for the owners and designers in the design and optimization of frame structure and have certain social value.
