Laser Induced Plasma Spectroscopy(LIPS)is produced in the emission spectrum of interaction between laser and material,it is a kind of quantitative analysis.Its advantages includes no damage measurement process,real-time measurement and measure dozens of meters away in the bad environment.In order to achieve the three things,real-time monitoring and precise control of steel components,high-spe-ed data transmission and real-time display must be done.First of all,according to the functional requirements of the system,this paper introduces the research background and significance.By comparing the data transmission mode of transmission speed and transmission distance of USB Camera Link,IEEE1394,Ethernet and etc,this article chose the higher transmission speed,farther transmission distance and compatible with existing network to gigabit Ethernet as a vehicle for data transmission.With VGA interface and the mouse to implement The function of human-computer interaction.Secondly introduces the choice of system core chip.With the development of science and technology,the speed of image data transmission and the human-computer interaction is becoming more and more demanding.The traditional processing system with MCU,ARM,etc as the core are weak,but the FPGA development provides a new method and new thinking for us.This paper uses Xilinx Spartan-6 xc6slx16 as the core processing chip.Spartan-6 series of chip,IO resources and the development process of FPGA is introduced in detail In the article.Thirdly,the UDP/IP protocol stack made some adjustments according to the characteristics and function of this system use Verilog HDL hardware description language to compile and download the FPGA to realize the data of the Ethernet transceiver and human-computer interaction.Data transmission function credential UDP/IP protocol design more child module,including UDP send and receive module,IP send and receive module,MAC send and receive module,CRC check module.According to the principle of VGA display and timing requirements,the human-computer interaction part design the DDR3 control module and VGA display module.Based on USB2.0 protocol and ISP1362 chip functions,the mouse control module are designed.Top module makes each module instantiated to realize system function at last.At last,use Modelsim to simulate the child module and the top module.By using Wireshark caught tools to do Packet loss test of the system.Detecting spectrum graph and the mouse display on the screen by Operate system,verify the system functions.LIPS is the first machine in China to analysis the composition of molten steel ion by laser induced spectral imaging.There is a lot of difference with previous research in data communications and human-computer interaction,UDP/IP protocol stack andthe human-computer interaction part are leaned in LIPS,these are the innovations of this article.
