Analysis And Reference On Environmental Regeneration In Japanese Old Residential Area

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's national economy,urbanization process is also accelerating,many cities choose to expand the scope of the city,to the suburbs expansion.This makes the urban area there is a reduction in population,aging facilities,living environment problems become increasingly serious.In order to better implement China's old home recycling project,we have studied in detail the other countries of the old home regeneration policy,which chose Japan as the key research object.This paper can be divided into four parts.The first part is the first chapter,which is the introduction of the research framework and the related theory.The first chapter mainly elaborates the background,significance,purpose and method of the subject,and defines the concepts related to the renovation of the old residential area,and then on the old residential area renovation,and transformation of the theoretical basis of domestic and foreign related theory,and practice of a brief overview.The second part is the second chapter,and the third one is the main part of this article.The second chapter is to sort out the development of environmental regeneration in Japan's old residential area.Through a large number of literature collection and analysis,summed up the problems faced by the old residential areas in Japan,and Japan for the treatment of the problem were analyzed,and introduced Japan's emphasis on environmental regeneration in old residential areas,summed up its re-development system,and focused on the diagnosis,and evaluation of residential environment.Finally,the third chapter is a case study,through the selection of the typical regeneration program,in-depth analysis of Japan's old residential area of environmental regeneration model and policies and methods.The third part is the fourth chapter,this chapter first combs the current Chinese residential area update contains elements,update the target,update the model,and the emergence of the four major issues.Through the comparison of the two countries to update the governance,analysis of its differences and practicality of China's residential area is important to update.The fourth part includes the fifth chapter,which is the conclusion and outlook of the thesis.In the transformation of the old house to improve the enthusiasm of the residents,so that they play the role of the masters,the Government and the residents actively cooperate with the old home renovation project is a long thing,can not expect a big success overnight,the problem solution also need to combine the actual situation.Found that Japan in the old home recycling project,many of the policies facing China is now facing a great solution to the problem.Such as Japan's old home improvement consultation model,democratic investigation and so on.In addition,we can refer to Japan in the old home recycling project in many measures,such as greening,disaster prevention,transportation and so on,these aspects of the improvement of the living standards and the safety of life and property will be greatly improved.
