The Research On The Regeneration Strategy Of Residential Area Based On Multilateral Cooperation

The regeneration of residential area was a reality and sustained subject, the study of regeneration of residential area in our country was closely related to the national situation of this social transformation period at present. It was trying to explore the regeneration mechanism of residential area which pursuit more diversified targets and comprehensive benefits. Since the beginning of the21st century, many cities in our country continued to carry out the regeneration of residential area vigorously. In the context of scientific development and construction of two types of society, the transformation of a huge number of residential areas which were constructed in the20th century,80-90years became to a difficult problem. Compared to demolition and reconstruction, it should made more economic advantages and social benefits through the improvement of functions and environment, making the old residential areas meet the demands of modern living. At the same time, in the context of harmonious society development, the regeneration of residential area should pay more attention to the cooperation and balance of interests between multiple subjects.This paper summarized research results and experiences of the regeneration of residential area at home and abroad at first. Taking the reconstruction project of old residential area in Hangzhou in recent years as an example, this paper researched the organization and implementation method, contents and outcomes of the regeneration of residential area through field surveys and questionnaires. And for further study, this paper also made a comprehensive analysis of interest demands, participation behavior and the role of multiple subjects during the regeneration process. It tried to find out an effective path of regeneration of residential area based on multilateral cooperation, and provided useful ideas and suggestions for the ongoing practice of regeneration of residential area. This paper was divided into six chapters, particular contents were as follows:Chapter1:Introduction. It introduced the research background, purpose and significance, methods and ideas, the main content and structure of this paper, and then defined the research object.Chapter2:Theoretical basis and research progress. It sorted out the theory research evolution and practical course of the regeneration of residential area at home and abroad in chronological order, and summarized the regulation of evolution and development trends.Chapter3:The regeneration of residential area. It described the necessity of regeneration of residential area at first, and then analyzed the feasibility of regeneration combining with the reconstruction project of old residential area in Hangzhou. It proposed that the regeneration of residential area should follow a number of principles, and discussed the specific contents of regeneration.Chapter4:A case study of regeneration of residential area. It took the reconstruction project of Chachang Dormitory in Hangzhou as a case, to study the specific implementation methods of regeneration. It analyzed the historical development, social structure and living environment before of Chachang Dormitory at first, and then realized the content, steps and methods of operation at each stage of the reconstruction project. After that, it found out the wishes, requirements and evaluation feedback of residents through questionnaires, and finally summarized the outcomes of reconstruction project of Chachang Dormitory.Chapter5:The discussion of regeneration strategy based on multilateral cooperation. It made an overall evaluation of successful experiences and inadequacies of the reconstruction project of old residential area in Hangzhou at first. Combining with the practical experience, it made a comprehensive analysis of interest demands, participation behavior and the role of multiple subjects, including government, residents, business, technical staff and community. On this basis, it discussed the principles and path of multilateral cooperation, and tried to provide the regeneration strategy of residential area based on multilateral cooperation.Chapter6:Concluding remarks. It summarized the main conclusions of this paper, and proposed the innovation points and further research directions. The whole thesis contains about54000words,36pictures and charts.
