The Feasibility Study On SL Highway Reconstruction Project

The project feasibility study is an important work before the construction of theproject, is also a kind of identification and investigation of the project, the basis ofinvestment decision. Highway transport takes an important role in the process ofpromoting local economic development, it can promote communication of goods,logistics, information, personnel, etc. At present, with the rapidly development ofChina, the highway construction industry has become the focus of investment. At thesame time, the highway construction project has larger investment, longerconstruction period, longer recovery period than other investment projects. Based onthese characteristics, the feasibility study is essential to highway construction project.In this paper, we have selected SL highway reconstruction project which belongs tothe Lianhuo expressway as the research object. We study it’s feasibility from someaspects, such as the forecasting of traffic market, environmental protection, feasibilityof economic and risks of the projects and others.At first, the paper introduces the research background and significance,elaborates the relevant research from domestic to foreign present, and then introducesthe main content and method of this paper. Secondly, it demonstrates the necessity ofthe project through the analysis of social economy and traffic situation developmentof the local zone investment. Thirdly, it proves the suitability of the highwayconstruction project’s start and end address, and then gives the proposed renovationproject engineering solutions according to the technical standard and constructionscale of project combined with the road construction conditions. Then, this paperassesses the environmental impact of project, and puts forward some countermeasuresto reduce the environmental impact of the project. Then again, it carries out toestimate the investment budget. Finally, it analyzes the economic evaluation and riskassessment, which including the project’s profitability analysis, solvency analysis,breakeven analysis and sensitivity analysis. The feasibility study of project has acertain guiding significance to guide SL highway reconstruction project.
