Its main development niche is an important constituent of tourism service center of Zhoushan city and Putuo District as well as an organic extension of city development network. Its functional development is to focus on tourism and give consideration to a certain of medium- and high-quality residential areas. Being an organic constituent of Zhoushan road net, the building of this bridge will enable round-the-island road of Lujiazhi Island and other roads to connect with Zhoushan main island road network, which leads to all over the country by National Road 329. In the light of the idea of continuous development, Lujiazhi Island will make best of resource and environment advantages, use later-development effect to its full capabilities, vigorously develop regional economy and promote growth of the third industry by means of combined advantages of land, location and resources as well as spur high speed and steady growth of social economy.This paper demonstrates the feasibility of constructing Lujiazhi bridge from the following respects:1.
