Study On Public Space Design Of The New Teaching Buildings Of Universities In Tianjin

In the tide of the construction of the universities,after the year of 2000 the universities in Tianjin also entered the phase of a large number of construction of the Higher Education Park,since 2000,which has emerged a large number of new teaching building design cases,and the role of public space in teaching building design is growing.At the same time,the design of public space is no longer just the traditional space form,its layout methods also show a trend of diversification,and as educational environment,the design of public space in teaching buildings has also gradually been valued.This paper takes the public space of new teaching buildings of universities in Tianjin as the research object,comparative analyzes other domestic and international outstanding cases,makes analysis and evaluation of the design cases of the universities in Tianjin,and ultimately puts forward prospect of public space's development direction in the future.This paper mainly consists of three parts: The first part is the research on the development process of university teaching buildings and public space,through the study clarify the development context of university teaching building,and public space's change process that gradually developed from a subsidiary space within the building to an important part of space,at the same time,discuss the development history of university teaching building in our country,also the reform of university teaching mode and the development characteristics of public space in appropriate teaching buildings.In the second part,combined with the case of teaching buildings in universities in Tianjin,analysis the layout methods of separation,juxtaposition,and fusion of public space,explore the main attributes and relevant design reference principles of public space in teaching buildings under the guidance of college education mode combing outstanding domestic and foreign cases.On which cases,research,contrast and briefly analyze relevant public space cases,explore the regional design of teaching building public space while Tianjin is located in North China.Combing the practice case of the public space design of university teaching building which I participated in during the study,the final part explore the previous analysis of layout methods and space attribute,and evaluate and reflect the results of design practice,hoping to serve as the reference and experience for the future teaching space design.In the end of the article,combing the research results of the paper,the author raises prospects of development trend of university teaching building public space,hoping to provide reference to the research of university teaching building space and propose development direction.
