| With the acceleration of urbanization process,China's construction of residential increased year by year.At this stage,the traditional way of construction still take the dominant position,it take up a lot of labor,and could easily lead to a waste of resources,environmental pollution.We should popularize prfabricated residential in our country,because it can help us save energy and protect the environment.Appliying BIM technology into the design and construction of prefabricated residential,it can not only improve the design efficiency,but also greatly enhance the possibility of the realization of green building construction.Firstly,I analyzed the characteristics of the prefabricated housing,BIM,green construction,and proposed that prefabricated housing is the carrier,BIM provides technical support,green construction is a means to achive it.Secondly,We know that prefabricated member design is the key for prefabricated residential.BIM technology would help to design the prefabricated member family,the family can improve the accuracy of its processing plant production.BIM technology bring design efficiencies in four areas such as pre-planning,program design,deepening design,collaborative design.Thirdly,based on the "Green Construction Guidelines",the evaluation criteria are divided into three aspects,economical use of resources,green construction integrated management,construction impact on the environment.Importantly,I try to show the benefits of BIM technology used in the first two aspects.It combined construction cost control,construction plan simulation,construction safety management,engineering change statistics.Finally,in Jiangsu Zhongtian Group`s finished Project Zhi Jiang Cheng Pin 13-2 Building,we used BIM technology in the whole process from design to construction.The results show that,BIM technology is an important means for prefabricated residential to achieve design optimization,green construction. |
