| Tianwan nuclear power station(TNPS)is the first user of fully digital controlling system in china NPP.In response to requirement of fully digital controlling system,TNPS has installed lots of electrical valve actuating devices.The fully digital controlling system has requirement of high-precision,but controlling parts designing of electrical actuator devices is very coarse and performance of repeatability is worse,so we take the electric globe valve of steam generators blowdown system in TNPS as the research object,Analysis and research electrical actuator devices of globe valves of steam generators blowdown system have lots of problems and all kinds of defects,provide safeguard for the safe and stable of TNPS operating.In order to eliminate these defects,JNPC replaced electrical actuator devices of globe valves of steam generators blowdown system with newly different electrical actuator devices,but new electrical actuator devices also have many defects.Due to the importance of equipment in function and particularity of maintenance,the defects of these electrical actuator devices list in the top ten defects of our company,through practices and research over many years,we optimize materials of parts of electrical actuator devices,methods of controlling valves mounting dimensions and parts structure by the number,we succeed to some degrees and accumulated certain experience.All achievements in this essay will provide reference to maintenance of electrical actuator devices operating in poor environment.TNPS has cleared up this kind of electrical actuator devices,especially for those devices which operate frequently,wear quickly and have high defect rate.We have finished modification about this kind of devices,improved reliability of these equipment and lowered number of defects,achieve the goal that valve actuating devices which operate in poor environment match fully digital controlling system well. |
