The centrifugal fan can ensure the ventilation of the basic working environment of nuclear power station,and it is the special equipment for nuclear power station.Reliability is an important index of the machine,which is the core factor of the machine's quality.The safety of nuclear power station is vital,and the reliability of the centrifugal fan is related to the safety of nuclear power station.In recent years,with the development of Chinese nuclear power,the demand of centrifugal fan will continue to increase.The development of production and application of centrifugal fan is rapid,but there is still large gap compared with the developed industrial countries.Therefore,how to increase the reliability of the centrifugal fan has become the key to the safety of nuclear power station.In this master dissertation,taking a nuclear use centrifugal ventilation machine as the main research object.The reliability analysis of the machine have been finished through the qualitative analysis method,since the lack of research and urgent demand for the reliability of the product.Through investigation Shenyang Blower Factory and Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute For Metal Corrosion for investigation and referring to literature,and familiar with the working principle and system structure of the machine,the centrifugal wind machine could be divided into:impeller and its components,motor and its components,volute,support systemand so on.Analysis of the particularity of centrifugal fans in nuclear power station.Through the Workbanch ANSYS input seismic wave,the transient dynamic analysis of the impeller is carried out.Conclusions of the impeller under the action of seismic wave whether meet the requirements.The failure mode and the fault reason of the centrifugal fan were collected.Analysis of the level of the centrifugal fan.The failure mode,the fault effect and the hazard analysis(FMECA)of the centrifugal fan were carried out.and then the tables of FMECA and hazard matrix diagrams of each subsystem could be obtained respectively.On the basis of FMECA,the fault tree analysis(FTA)for each subsystem is carried out,and the fault tree diagrams of the subsystems are obtained.After synthesizing the qualitative analysis of FMECA and FTA,the weak points of the fan machine were founded.According to the above weak points of electronic components,an appropriate improvement scheme was put forward to improve the reliability of the centrifugal fan.
