Research On Prefabricated Constructions Based On BIM Technology

Since China's reform and opening up,the level of urbanization is improving continuously and the cities in our country are at the stage of quickly expanding all the time,the efficient model that prefabricated construction can be prefabricated and produced in a large scale have meet the social needs temporarily.However,because of various reasons,the development of prefabricated construction has stagnated in some degree.Except that,the traditional and low-skill mode of China's construction industry can not meet the needs of urban development in nowadays.In recent decades,the extensive development of our construction industry has caused environmental pollution and resources shortages,the traditional construction industry is in urgent need of new construction technology to transform so as to achieve the sustainable development.On the other hand,the rapid development of digital information technology in foreign countries also affects the domestic construction industry.In recent years,the construction industry in our country has gradually got the tendency in applied research and generalization.With the catalysis of information technology,prefabricated construction have revitalized.The combination of standardized design system and BIM technology will promote China's construction industry to a new stage of industrialization of new construction.Based on the research of BIM technology,this paper makes a systematic study on the prefabricated construction under the developing mode of industrialization of new construction in our country.The paper is divided into seven chapters,the main contents are as follows:the first chapter:introduction.In this chapter,it points out the the backgrounds of the furtherance in China's urbanization,the transformation in China's development of industrialization,and the vigorous development of digital technology.After that,it illustrates the current researching condition of BIM in prefabricated construction both at home and abroad.The second chapter:through reading a large number of books about the researching results by scholars at home and abroad,the writer has researched and discussed the industrialization of construction,BIM technology and prefabricated construction in detail,analyzing the obstacles that encountered in China's prefabricated construction,and then illustrates the relationship between BIM technology and prefabricated construction,putting forward the applied logic which is used in their combination,finally contrasting it with traditional producing mode.The third chapter:through introducing the modular design in the age of building industrialization,based on the BIM modular design which is referred in the former part in this paper,it introduces the contents that are based on BIM modular model and illustrates the designing methods in detail.The forth chapter:putting forward the applied aim in assembly project of BIM,summarizing the whole process in applied methods on using BIM in assembly project.The fifth chapter:through researching on the "pomegranate house"which is a representative project of BIM in a office where the writer had been practiced in,it verifies the applied process and framework which had been referred in former part in BIM assembly project,and it summarizes the key points that using BIM technology in this project so as to raise the question in this project.The sixth chapter:according to researching results and case analysis to summarize the applied value that brought by BIM in assembling project,and pointing out the problems when using this project,finally putting forward the strategies which can solve the problem.The seventh chapter:conclusion and prospect.Summarizing and arranging all of the contents in this paper,generalizing the conclusions and putting forward the shortage,and then looking forward to the development in researching work.
