Prefabricated construction is widely promoting in China.There are a series of difficulties and problems to be solved in the application of prefabricated construction,such as the backward management of construction companies,difficulties of collaboration management,low enterprise information level.To solve the problems in the process of prefabricated construction,this article studied theoretical methods and tools in manufacturing.Computer Integrated Manufacturing System(referred to as CIMS)is a modern manufacturing system which integrates information technology and system technology.It has been widely used in manufacturing industry and accumulated rich experience.It is the foundation of 4.0 in industry.Limited by traditional way of construction and low enterprise information level,CIMS is still not widely used in construction industry.With the promoting of prefabricated buildings and BIM,Construction industry will further towards industrialization,informationization and standardization,which provides favorable conditions for the application of CIMS in prefabricated construction.This article summarizes general situation of development and research status of prefabricated construction at home and abroad.Drawing on the successful experience of CIMS in mechanical manufacturing industry,using the theory of CIM and BIM,introduces an application model in prefabricated construction industry entitled “Computer Integrated Construction System based on BIM(BIM—CICS)”and gives a detailedresearch in its implementation.First,this article analyzes CIM philosophy and the connotations of CIMS,summarizes the characteristics of CIMS application engineering and studies the feasibility of BIM—CICS.Secondly,this article puts forward the concept of BIM—CICS,gives the overall framework of the system,analyses the subsystem and the support system design in detail.Then,this article studies prefabricated building structure system applicable to BIM—CICS,analyzed and compared the characteristics of all kinds of prefabricated building system.This paper studies affecting factors in the selection of prefabricated building structure system.This paper introduces Fuzzy—AHP as the method in the selection.At last,This article utilizes practical cases to optimize structure system of prefabricated building with Fuzzy—AHP method.According to the work in this article,the system of “Precast concrete modules—Core tube” can be considered both feasible and practical.
