The Research Towards The Greening Transformation Strategy Of Industrial Heritaget

With the rapid development of the city,more and more old industrial buildings in representative of industrial heritages in the city are facing the situation of transformation.At present,the transformation of industrial heritage in China is usually confined to the update and maintenance of fa?ade,the replacement of functional space,the continuation of historical context,the green ecological transformation of the building is lack of consideration,however.In this case,a comprehensive and eco-friendly way of transformation should be widely applied to the subject of industrial heritage transformation.In this paper,the concept of "green transformation of industrial heritage" is put forward from the architectural field in the context in which the "new four modernization" has comprehensively upgraded to "new five".The industrial heritage transformation and the green building concept are combined for the purpose to use green transformation to solve the emerging social and environmental problems.Green transformation of industrial heritage is not only a problem in the field of architecture,but also a problem of interdisciplinarity,which involves many disciplines including energy,climate,law,economy and other factors.This article is written from the view of architectural profession and tries to explore a green ecology of the industrial heritage transformation in new ways taking green transformation as a starting point.The focus of this study is the green transformation of industrial heritage strategy,that is,from the green point of view,limit the industrial heritage transformation process in each step in terms of energy-saving,so that the transformation will be progressed in ecological way.Also,a system of green transformation strategy of industrial heritage and methods is put forward.Finally,the strategies and methods will be proved through the practical project.To conclude,this paper has both theoretical and practical meanings to the study of green transformation of industrial heritage in China.
