After entering twenty-first Century excessive carbon dioxide emissions and energy shortage and air pollution become the three major problems facing the world,the automobile exhaust emissions and gasoline consumption is an important cause of the three problems.The development of electric vehicle industry is the best way to alleviate these problems,and the development of charging pile is one of the most important parts in the electric vehicle industry.Charging pile located in every corner of the city should have the ability of remote communication,always charge information upload charging pile state and electric car users,but also facilitate the remote monitoring system for remote monitoring and management of charging scattered in every corner of the city pile,timely maintenance inspection etc..This paper presents a charging solution to the ARM9 processor of +GPRS wireless network communication,selected based on S3C2440A chip as the charging pile monitoring and management system of the microprocessor,charging information collected by GPRS is sent to the remote monitoring system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.First,this paper describes the research background,research status and development of domestic and foreign intelligent charging pile in detail,and analyzes some problems in China's charging pile function and management system,expounds the research significance and the witness.2.According to the communication situation of the existing charging pile,this paper puts forward a design scheme based on GPRS network communication,and designs the minimum system of S3C2440A according to the function of charging pile.3.from the hardware and software design of S3C2440A and control guide,ground lock,power meter,RFID card reader,GPRS module.The CAN bus is designed,which is convenient to connect with the electric vehicle interface.4.the final selection of Qt as intelligent charging pile monitoring and management system man-machine interface development tools,using SQlite database storage charging information.The function of each module is tested,and the hardware test platform is built.
