Application Study On Charging Pile Remote Monitoring System Based On GPRS

With the rapid development of electric vehicles,charging piles(stations)of electric vehicles are distributed in every corner of the city and along the highway as the energy supply system of electric vehicles.In order to facilitate remote monitoring and management of electric vehicle charging pile,ensure the safe operation of charging pile.In this paper,computer technology,modern communication technology,control technology and information management technology are used to study and design the remote monitoring system of electric vehicle charging pile based on GPRS,so as to realize the remote monitoring and management of electric vehicle charging pile.The main work of this thesis is as follows:A remote monitoring system for charging piles based on public wireless network(GPRS)is studied and designed,which integrates GPRS communication technology,network technology,embedded system technology and other emerging technologies.By studying the principle of charging pile system and the technical characteristics of GPRS network communication,a remote monitoring system for charging pile based on GPRS wireless communication technology is designed,and the GPRS communication technology is deeply studied.The hardware system of charging pile is designed.The embedded control module,electric energy metering module,RFID module,GPRS communication module and communication interface module of charging pile are designed.The software of charging pile remote monitoring system is designed and constructed.The communication software based on SIM800 communication module is emphatically designed and programmed.The communication effect is analyzed and tested,and the function of charging pile remote monitoring is realized.The preliminary test shows that the remote monitoring system based on GPRS is reasonable,which can satisfy the remote monitoring of charging piles and improve the timeliness,stability and reliability of monitoring parameters of charging piles.It has played a good guiding role for the further development and application of charging pile remote monitoring system,and has a certain application prospect.
