In order to solve the problems of global environmental pollution and depletion of petroleum resources,low-carbon and environmental protection have become the main theme of China's energy development.Compared with the traditional gasoline powered vehicles,electric vehicles have significant low-carbon environmental protection role,it is all or part of the electric power driven motor as the driving power of the car.Because it is using electricity instead of oil,not only can achieve zero emissions,low noise,and is one of the most important ways to solve the problem of energy shortage and environmental pollution,traffic congestion,and electric vehicle charging pile is the life of the electric energy for electric vehicle battery.Technical problems related to research and improve the electric vehicle charging pile,which can provide a scientific theory and practice support for the design and construction of charging pile charging control system,to promote the electric vehicle charging industry rapid development and improve the electric vehicle users' living standard has important significance.The related technologies of electric vehicles and charging piles have made great progress,but there are still many problems to be solved and solved.The investigation and analysis have found that the technical bottleneck of charging pile mainly lies in the low charging efficiency and the low level of intelligence of the charging control system.Due to the current market charging of electric vehicle charging control system,which has long,easy to produce charging data loss,charging standard confusion charging time,still charging accounting information to the user informing function is still not perfect the intelligent level is not high enough,which hindered the promotion and use of these problems electric vehicle charging pile.The design of charging pile charging control system using ARM microcontroller,improve the charging billing information to the user and inform the power down memory function,has practical significance for improving the level of intelligent charging control system of charging pile.In addition,an important innovation point of the charging pile charging control system is to use IC card to identify and verify the charging pile users,and ensure the information and property safety of the electric vehicle users.In this paper,firstly,the function,structure and working principle of charging control system for DC charging pile of electric vehicle are analyzed,and the main application technology and communication mode are introduced;Then,on STM32F107 as the core of the application of ARM microcontroller in the charging pile charging control system of requirement analysis,and then puts forward the application scheme of ARM micro controller charging pile charging control system in dc;The charging control system of DC charging pile based on ARM microcontroller is designed.The GPRS short message sending and power down storage are added to the design.Finally,the MATLAB simulation software is used to verify the system simulation,switching control,analog input voltage collection,which can further improve the intelligence level of the charging control system of the DC charging pile.
