With the increasing shortage of non-renewable energy sources and the deepening of environmental pollution,Fuel vehicles cause many problems.Electric vehicles have developed rapidly in recent years.As the most important electric vehicle charging equipment,the development speed of AC charging pile will greatly restrict the development of electric vehicle industry.Focusing on how to provide convenient,communicable charging services and how to create a green electricity environment for the power grid.The AC charging pile control system is researched,and a design scheme of AC charging pile control system with active filter system is proposed.In order to realize green electricity environment and reduce the harm of harmonic and reactive current generated by vehicle charger to power grid,an active filter system was designed.Firstly,according to the instantaneous reactive power theory,the ip-iq detection algorithm was improved and applied to the single-phase circuit to design the harmonic detection link of the active filter system.Then combined with PI control plus hysteresis loop control,PI control plus triangle wave comparison control two methods,the current tracking link of active filter system was designed.The active filter system was simulated on MATLAB/SIMULINK platform,and the compensation effect of harmonic and reactive current is analyzed.According to the national standard of AC charging pile,the overall design of the ac charging pile control system was completed with the modularization idea,and the hardware and software design were completed respectively for the microcontroller,power metering module,GPRS communication module,man-machine interaction module and control guidance module.Combined with the design scheme of active filter system for AC charging pile,the hardware of active filter system was selected,and the software design for active filter system for AC charging pile was designed.The upper monitoring platform was designed for communication test and functional test with the hardware platform of AC charging pile control system.The design scheme of an AC charging pile control system with active filtering function provided,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of a new AC charging pile that can realize green power in the future.The research on the improvement of AC charging pile control system has certain practical significance.
