Research On The Demand Of Public Service Facilities In Villages And Towns Of Eastern Mountain Area Of Jilin Province

During the new era of "13th Five-Year" of China,the phenomenon of insufficient facilities supply,irrational structure,and deficient demand of public service is serious.It indicates that improving the public service system is an important and difficult task.The eastern mountain area of Jilin province is the frontier of performing the policy of open door to the outside world and is an open Highland of promoting regional development,vitalizing border areas and enriching the people living.While the falling behind construction level of public service facilities of this area indicating that our research is important.In this study,we defined the relevant concepts and basic theories,concluded the domestic and foreign research on public service facilities and related policies and standards,and summarized up the allocation methods,experience and influencing factors of public service facilities.Moreover,a study on the public service facilities of 9 villages and 3 towns in the eastern mountainous area of Jilin Province was performed in order to obtain the information of scale category,spatial distribution and residents' demand for public service facilities.Analyzing the grade of service and Evaluating of its spatial coverage by GIS spatial analysis,the best applicable form of spatial layout pattern was obtained.Analyzing questionnaire data by Excel and SPSS,the public service facilities demand situation of local populace was also acquired.The appropriate configuration system of public service facilities for the villages and towns in the eastern mountainous area of Jilin Province,including classification,distribution standards and spatial layout,was constructed basing on the results of investigation and analysis and existing standards.At the same time,we proposed some suggestions for government's public service facilities allocation policy.The configuration system of public service facilities has some theoretical value and reference significance to the research of the related direction.
