With the rapid development of social economy and city,the contradiction between the supply of urban public service products and the demand of residents for public services is becoming more and more prominent.The matching relationship between public service supply and demand is an important basis for urban planning and community planning.At present,there is a "one-size-fits-all" inefficient allocation of public service facilities in cities and communities,which leads to the direct imbalance between the change of residents’ demand and the supply of service facilities.In recent years,the concept of life circle with its people-oriented principle,is becoming a hot spot in domestic urban community construction planning.Along with the rise of the concept of community life circle,the new edition of Urban Residential Area Planning and Design Standards introduced the concept of "life circle",taking walking as the standard,put forward new requirements for facilities matching.Under the background of new supply and demand and the policy background of new standards and new requirements,it is urgent to study the matching relationship between supply and demand of urban public service facilities,to check the supply and demand of public service facilities,so as to find out the problems and formulate optimization strategies.Based on this,this paper takes the central urban public service facilities as the main research object,the supply and demand relationship as the main line,the walking accessibility as the basis,and the density as the main analysis method.The supply and demand density of urban public service facilities is measured and superimposed on supply and demand.First of all,this paper clarifies the theory and practice of living circle and public service facilities at home and abroad,deeply analyzes the connotation of life circle,and based on the internal logic principle of life circle,combs out the influencing factors of the relationship between supply and demand of public service facilities,puts forward and defines the concept of "public service circle ",takes public transportation,public environment and public service facilities as the research object of public service circle,and takes walking reach as the space scope of public service circle;Then,innovatively put forward the concept of "public service density ",using the grid-based residential land density analysis method,quantitatively describe the supply level of public service facilities and the demand characteristics of urban residents in different scales of urban areas.The evaluation methods and steps of the evaluation model are explained by the abstract urban unit model;Moreover,taking Tianhe District of Guangzhou as an example and taking 15 minutes walking as the basis,this paper selects typical public service products such as public transportation,public environment,education,medical and health care,and establishes a GIS analysis model and a supply and demand database with the help of ARCGIS platform and space-time big data to evaluate the current situation and distribution characteristics of the supply and demand matching of urban public service facilities,and to verify the feasibility and deficiency of the evaluation;Finally,based on the empirical research,based on specific community cases,from the perspective of "supply —— demand —— traffic" balance,the corresponding optimal allocation strategy is put forward.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)On the basis of the balance principle of "supply —— demand" in life circle,this paper puts forward a universal evaluation method of supply and demand of public service facilities,and constructs an evaluation model of supply and demand matching degree of public service facilities.Scientific measurement of urban scope and community life basic units of residential land access to facilities and facilities supply matching.(2)In order to accurately measure the supply and demand relationship of public services,this study puts forward the concept of "supply and demand density of public service circle ",and puts forward a grid-based residential land density analysis method.The spatial distribution of population and the scale of demand are combined to predict the level of demand.(3)A population spatialization method based on grid scale is proposed to transform low-precision population data into high-precision population spatialization data on the basis of open data,and to achieve fine population distribution at large scales.(4)Based on the evaluation method of supply and demand matching degree,this paper takes Tianhe District of Guangzhou as an example to prove the effectiveness and maneuverability of the method,and at the same time reflects on the shortcomings of the method and puts forward some suggestions for the correction of the method.(5)Based on the evaluation model of supply and demand matching degree of public service facilities,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of public service facilities layout with the goal of "supply —— demand —— transportation" equilibrium.This paper has 78 pictures,23 tables and 131 references.
