| Since the twenty-first Century,our country has increased the intensity of the infrastructure construction of the tunnel bridge,water conservancy project and highway and so on.In addition,in recent years,a large number of floating population gathered in the city.High-rise buildings have been greatly developed,resulting in the construction machinery has entered a period of rapid development.Concrete pump truck is one of the most widely used construction machinery,it can speed up the construction,greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers,and has the advantages of little dust,little pollution,low noise,small space,etc..However,the pump also has its drawbacks.The average continuous pumping 7 days need to replace the pump wear parts,time-consuming and laborious.As one of the important wear resistant components of pump truck,wear ring is required to reverse slide continuously on the lens plate to complete the continuous conveying of concrete.Reversing hundreds of times per minute,and reversing speed is as high as 0.2 m/s,the contact surface often cause serious wear,the seal is not strict.Not only reduce the quality of concrete pouring,and even make the concrete pump stop.Therefore,it is an urgent problem that how to avoid frequent replacement of wear ring and improve the quality of it.In this thesis.In order to improve the wear resistance and service life of the wear ring,the study work on the production process of the wear ring of the concrete pump truck is carried out.First of all,the present situation,importance and necessity of this study are described and the relevant theoretical knowledge of the quality improvement used in this study is introduced.Secondly,a series of data collection and finishing work is carried out in the production process of the wear ring,combined with the Minitab software,to find the key process that affects the quality of wear ring.And then,for the key processes that impact the quality of wear ring,Using the control chart and process capability analysis and other methods for in-depth analysis to identify the main factors affecting the quality of wear ring in the key processes.Then,aiming at the characteristics of the main factors influencing the quality of the wear ring,the existing quality problems of the wear ring were improved by using the orthogonal experimental design and the process capability method and so on,proposing a proposal.Finally,evaluate the improvement proposal with the Topsis evaluation method,to determine whether the improvement scheme is feasible or not,and to ensure thequality of the wear ring.Summarize the main research profiles of this thesis.So as to provide a scientific and objective program for follow-up production of wear ring in A company. |
