Research On The Design Of Block-type Residential Complex

Due to the imbalance between Jobs and Residential Locations in metropolis,people spend a lot of time on the road everyday,which caused great inconvenience to their lives.Fast rhythm of lifestyles in metropolis impels the need of highly efficient office in professionals.The desire of a relaxed living conditions that can help relief the state of pressure is required as well.Such a situation promote the development of architecture.To meet the needs of society block-type residential complex emerge at a historic moment.Block-type residential complex is applicable for the central urban area which located a high density of office such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and so on,to provide a living style of highly efficiency and relaxing for professionals.The article is focused on block-type residential complex.According to its emergence,by analyzing the background and significance of block-type residential complex,its characteristics have been approached in the paper.According to its characteristics to analyze the difference between it and similar buildings in the design,like residential quarters and centralized residential complex,proportional distribution,functional distribution and functional connection have been put forward as the main points of the design of block-type residential complex.On this basis,the article takes Beijing and Hongkong as the object of the research.In the hope of providing design foundation in the future block-type residential complex design,by analyzing the state of block-type residential complex in these two places,analogy and thoroughly studied all three aspects as proportional distribution,functional distribution and functional connection in block-type residential complex,the design approach of proportional distribution,functional distribution and functional connection was raised.
