Research On The Functional Design Strategy Of Nanjing Longtan Community Complex

In recent years,with the rapid development of the city and the acceleration of urbanization,the boundaries of the city are getting blurred.Various industrial parks,high-tech zones,economic development zones,etc.are distributed on the edge of the city,which is becoming the adhesives of the urban and township.While the community construction in the new urban area is being vigorously carried out,the public facilities provided by the community,such as medical care,entertainment,and services,have been lagging.The community complex serves as a carrier for new community public services and solves the daily needs of residents in the new district.However,the community complexes in the new district are sometimes inconvenient for use after they are put into use.The utilization rate is not high and the functional space is arbitrarily replaced at a later stage.The development of community supporting service facilities faces new challenges under the rapid development of the city.How to make the design of community complex not only meet the functional standards,but also provide residents with a suitable community life service space is particularly important.The content of this thesis is divided into three parts.The theory and cases are organized and the general laws are summed up.Then the relevant design techniques are applied to the actual project.The first part explains the core concepts of this thesis.It clarifies the research object and content and describes the background,purpose and significance of the thesis.Through collecting and collating domestic and foreign literature,comparative analysis of relevant technical regulations of community public service facilities has been conducted.By investigating some completed projects in Hexi new district of Nanjing,experience and current problems are summarized.The second part is the research focus.It mainly studies the functional configuration and spatial organization strategy of the community complex.By analyzing each function element one by one,and comparing the case indicators with the specified indicators,the current situation is summarized and ideas are resolved.Through the classification and discussion of the functional spaces of community complexes,the relevant design strategies are summed up for their combination methods and ways of building public communication space,which provide theoretical basis for engineering practice.The third part is the project practice.Taking the actual project of the Longtan street community complex in Nanjing as an example,the general laws and design strategies derived from the research are applied to the project,and its function configurations and spatial organization methods are analyzed to summarize the project design results.
