The Building Renovation Study Of Bengbu Municipal General Hospital Base On The Regional Health Planning

With the continuous development of China's medical and health reform,regional health planning has been carried out nationwide,the purpose is to make the regional health resources in the planning period to co-ordinate development.This will inevitably lead to the adjustment of the scale of hospitals and health resources in the region.However,the municipa general hospital,an important part of the regio health resources,need to be updated to adapt to the future development eagerlyq.But because of the city rapid expansion,the hospitals often located in old town,surrounding traffic congestion,parking space is less,the hospital internal land shortage,and building density and dilapidated facilities is the norm,In addition to these problems,most hospitals are constantly updated,but in the process of updating only from their own point of view not on the regional level to consider the development,From a regional perspective,these problems will lead to the unequal distribution of health resources,overlap between disciplines will exist between hospitals,which is not conducive to the coordinated development of the hospital;From the hospital,the vicious competition between hospitals will greatly weaken the vitality of the hospital market,How to update the general hospital by coordinating regional health resources,these problems have to be solved.Based on the regional health planning project in Bengbu city,through the investigation and regional analysis of health resources,planning the future development goal of the municipa general hospital,proposing the update design research of Bengbu municipal general hospital on the background of regional health planning.The article is divided into four parts to explain: The first chapter is introduction,introduced the basic situation of the paper;the second chapter is the basic research,firstly,the development of regional health planning is explained,Secondly,the renewal factor,the renewal model and the overall layout of the hospital is stated to understand the basic theory of regional health planning and the basic theory of medical building renewal;Thirdly,this chapter analysed the regional health resources and three municipal general hospital research status to provide support for the following strategies;the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter states the update strategies with outstanding cases and the actual participation in the project from the three levels of the overall positioning and overall planning and single building of Syria city general hospital.
