“Repair Old Plant To New”animation Training Center Design

Shandong college of light industry,formerly known as shandong silk industrial college,was established in 1960,located in zhoucun district,zibo city.The school has a boiler room,dating back more than 40 years of history.With the change of times and the development of economy,the original function of the old boiler room has been completely lost.Since the reform and opening up,the concept of low-carbon environmental protection has been deeply rooted in people's lives.At present,energy and environmental protection issues are attracting more and more attention.Energy conservation,environmental protection and sustainable economic development have become the basic national policies of China.With the continuous expansion of the college,in order to meet the actual teaching needs,the college has been constantly reforming the teaching environment.Based on the above reasons,I decided to take the renovation of the old boiler room as my research topic in December 2017,aiming to make full use of the existing resources,endow the old building with new values,and integrate the historical and cultural values it carries into the study and life in use.This paper includes the analysis of the old building reconstruction cases at home and abroad,the feasibility of the old boiler room reconstruction of the college,the concrete reconstruction design,the civil engineering installation and the demolition,alteration and cull,etc.
