Iterative acceleration of product updating sets a higher requirement on product time to market,and product design project duration has an important impact on product time to market.Reasonable and effective design project schedule is the prerequisite for enterprises to complete product development on time.Concurrent design is adopted for product development to shorten the construction period.The information uncertainty and rework iteration in concurrent design process increase the difficulty of schedule planning.This research is about the Collaborative Architectural Design based on DSM.The application of DSM is both an opportunity and a challenge for collaborative building development.The opportunity lies in the gradual optimization of design schemes to meet the requirements of building quality and user experience;the challenge lies in the gradual refinement of product design resulting in a large number of Engineering changes,and because the project involves a wide range of complex processes,part of the design activities have the characteristics of iteration.Once the hard nodes or indicators in R&D are affected,the progress of collaborative architectural design will be difficult to control.The purpose of this dissertation is to optimize the work flow of architectural design projects based on DSM,and help design projects to meet the requirements of owners while tending to minimize waste and maximize value.Firstly,combined with the relevant work experience of architectural design,the work content of five specialties of architecture,structure,electricity,HVAC,water supply and drainage in the process of architectural design project is subdivided by work breakdown structure.Secondly,the connection between subitems is analyzed,and the factors such as parallelism and overlap among subitems are considered.Then,based on the theory of design structure matrix,the workflow of architectural design project is optimized and analyzed.Finally,the most economical resource allocation,the most reasonable process connection and the most efficient time schedule design workflow are obtained.Through the analysis of the results of the study can provide reference for the managers and practitioners of architectural design industry,help them find effective means to shorten the design cycle and improve the quality of drawings,to meet the requirements of relevant construction units.So as to enhance the market competitiveness of relevant design enterprises and benefit from it.
