With China's rapid economic development, housing construction scale, level of urbanization continues to accelerate and improve people's living standards, building energy consumption in China's total energy consumption increased year by year the proportion of building energy conservation is an important energy-saving systems engineering link. At present, most of the construction of low levels of envelope insulation, thermal environment is poor, heating energy consumption, leading to huge energy consumption. Heat Transfer in the heat loss through the composition, a larger share of the external walls, external wall insulation to improve building energy efficiency has become the focus.EPS thin plastering external thermal insulation composite system is the only 90s of last century a new wall in our energy system there, the use of polystyrene foam board (EPS) This light weight, small thermal conductivity of insulation materials and the relatively low price, making it the most popular on the market external wall insulation system. However, due to construction methods, treatment of joints and construction which affect all aspects of the environment can not be used to meet the design requirements. Cause wall cracks, water seepage or even falling insulation, insulation system, the loss of energy efficiency, buildings and other issues to shorten life.In this paper, thin plaster external wall insulation EPS system has the cracking problem, exterior insulation systems analyzed and summarized the various factors affecting cracking, according to the principle of deformation stress release layer by layer, respectively, from the overall structural design, detail design and construction of structures address three aspects of technology EPS thin plastering external thermal insulation composite system cracking measures. And the use of ANSYS software simulation method before and after the implementation of improvement measures temperature outside the insulation system and temperature stress field, which verifies the feasibility of improvement measures for the further optimization of EPS thin plaster external wall insulation technology to provide reference for foreign wall insulation provide the basis for improvements in technology.
