The EPC General Contracting Management Model Based On Prefabricated Construction Projects

Prefabricated building development by the government attaches great importance to the country have introduced policies to promote the development of prefabricated building,prefabricated building development ushered in a new historical opportunity,but the application of the traditional management mode of development of prefabricated construction hindered the development process of prefabricated building,a new project management model has become the urgent development of prefabricated construction problems.EPC general contracting mode is for project design,procurement,(production),construction integration management of a kind of management mode,which has been widely applied in petroleum,chemical industry project and mature,the core of the EPC general contracting management model can meet the demands of the development of prefabricated construction,the government also have issued the relevant policies.In September 2016,the state council issued "the guidance on developing prefabricated construction",opinions for prefabricated construction development put forward the key tasks and requirements,clearly put forward one task,assembling the key application of EPC general contracting construction project management mode,and to support design and construction of large enterprises to the general contractor enterprise transformation.Prefabricated construction application EPC general contracting mode is not only the current development policy environment,and the direction of the development of the industry.In this paper,the current research status of EPC prefabricated construction general contract management mode development and related theory research: the first is the research background,purpose,contents and methods are discussed,followed by an overview of the prefabricated construction,EPC general contract management model and BIM technology theory,application of EPC general contracting mode in the assembly building in the project,the author points out the necessity and advantages of prefabricated construction project application of EPC general contracting model,based on the theory of construction of EPC general contracting model for prefabricated construction projects,and the organization management,the parties involved in the contract,based on the BIM information management,schedule management,quality management,cost control communication management,detailed analysis,finally summarizes the existing EPC application of prefabricated construction general contracting mode and to solve the problems from the owners,assembly Contractors,the government put forward three feasible suggestions.It is hoped that this study can provide some reference for the application of EPC model in the construction project,and improve the efficiency of project management.
