In addition to the characteristics of general construction projects,there are still many factors such as unfavorable factors in the construction process,broad and comprehensive,so that any risk may affect its smooth development.Although risk management has existed for 20 years in China,China is still in the initial stage compared with foreign countries.The application in China is limited to a few areas in the construction industry.The risk management research of the new campus is more rare.Since the reform and opening up,due to the continuous improvement of economic conditions,so that people meet their basic needs on the basis of hope to be more educated.At the same time,our school has been expanding its enrollment in recent years.Colleges and universities have begun to build new campuses in order to expand the scale.However,due to the special situation of the new campus infrastructure projects,it not only requires the quality assurance of the project but also the construction progress.In addition,there is little emphasis on the risk management awareness of infrastructure projects,and the corresponding technology is relatively weak.For the above reasons,the risk coefficient of the new campus infrastructure project is much larger than that of the general project.Therefore,the combination of risk management theory and the new campus infrastructure projects,not only can effectively ensure the smooth progress of construction projects,but also to promote China's higher education to a better stage of progress.In summary,based on the new campus of Z university infrastructure projects were discussed,introducing the risk management theory of risk analysis.Firstly,this paper describes the current situation and problems of project risk management.By studying the knowledge of project risk management and the project life cycle theory which is echoed with this theory,on the basis of detailed discusses the new campus construction project has the characteristics,risk factors,current existing problems etc.Secondly,this paper combines the theory into the construction of the new campus of Z university,first describes the actual situation of Z colleges and universities,based on the infrastructure project life cycle theory,for each of the basic problems of the project,The stages of the possible risks are done in varying degrees of analysis.Finally,this paper selects the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)from all the analytical methods,and uses the special two-way comparison method to systematically identify and analyze the risk of the real project,and sort out the results effective response.This paper not only analyzes the infrastructure projects of the new campus of Z colleges and universities from the four levels of the risk project,but also complements the content of the risk project through the combination of the analytic hierarchy process and the life cycle theory.Therefore,this paper not only can play a role in the development of risk management of infrastructure projects in colleges and universities,but also enrich the research literature of risk management,promote the application of risk management in engineering projects,and provide valuable reference for other university infrastructure projects.
