| In the early years,some of the scientific research industrial parks were relatively simple and backward in terms of funds,businesses and times.With the development of business,there is no need to meet the needs in the aspects of power supply,sewage treatment,environmental protection,etc.it is inevitable to rebuild and rebuild parts of the park.This paper,taking the technical transformation of CY Industrial Park as an example,studied and analyzed some risk factors and risk coping schemes in the project.The research contents of this paper include:the objectives and characteristics of the park infrastructure reconstruction project,the extraction and identification of risk factors in the reconstruction,the risk probability and the risk loss,etc.,and combined with the related theories and methods of project management,the risk disposal plan is given.Through the risk management research of the park infrastructure reconstruction project,we can ensure the scientificity and rationality of the project implementation,and reduce the risk of managers’ decision-making,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the transformation project.This article is a case research paper,the experience summed up for the same type of reconstruction and expansion projects can provide a meaningful reference and reference. |
