CAP1400 represents the third generation advanced pressurized water reactor nuclear power technology in China.It is also the focus of future nuclear power going out strategy.The excitation system,as one of the key equipments of nuclear power generator,is particularly important for the reliability of the system.To replace the imported excitation equipment to achieve full independent intellectual property rights of the domestic excitation is of great significance.This paper studies the risk management and control of the CAP 1400 nuclear power excitation system project.The thesis takes the risk control of CAP1400 nuclear power excitation system as the starting point,adopting potential failure mode analysis method,studying failure mode of main part components for excitation subsystem such as:cabinet,power supply,control,software,communication,rectifier,de excitation.The thesis proposal the solution of reduce risk.It solve the excitation system equipment in the future operation safety and reliability issues from the design source,mainly includes the following aspects:Built for CAP1400 nuclear power excitation system of the risk assessment matrix,definition three risk levels for risk identification:R1,R2 and R3,It provides a basis for the identification of the degree of risk for CAP 1400 nuclear power excitation system,And puts forward the idea of safety risk control in advance control and continuous improvement of CAP1400 nuclear power excitation system,but also the main innovation of the paper.In this paper,the potential failure modes are identified by using the FMEA analysis method.FMEA team carries out risk identification of CAP1400 nuclear power excitation system.In order to quantitative risk assessment of failure mode.To lay the foundation for risk response.This link is the key link of risk management.To identify the main risk countermeasures are put forward,namely:excitation system power supply failure;Excitation system central processor CPU crash;AVR communication module failure;de excitation system CROWBAR failure.Safety device for CAP 1400 nuclear power excitation system provides reference.
