Whether the catenary-pantograph relationship between pantograph and OCS(Overhead Contact System)is good or not is an important factor to control the speed of the railway,and the elastic uniformity of the OSC is one of the important factors to ensure the good of catenary-pantograph relationship,so by strengthening the elasticity research of the OCS in two aspects between theoretical analysis and field practice,to develop a scientific and reasonable plan to optimize the construction in order to ensure the flow quality of catenary-pantograph system,so as to ensure the high-speed operation of the train has an important guiding significance.In this paper,firstly,through the OCS current characteristics analysis leads to the same spanin differentposition in different elasticity,that is,the existence of elastic uneven conditions.The uneven characteristic of this kind of elasticity has great influence on the flow of locomotive;thenselect one span of OverheadContactLine build model and the model is analyzed by the force analysis,so as to obtain the contact wire in the case of constant lift force to be applied across the different positions in one span of the elastic situation;then,four main factors affecting the elasticity of the SimpleContact Suspension are analyzed,respectively contact wire tension,catenarywire tension,span and pole dropper distance of normal contact of contact-line,when the other three factors are assumed to be constant and the fourth factors are used to take different parameters,the influence of the elasticity and the elasticity uniformity of the OCS is analyzed,The rules provide some reference for the design and construction of the future;finally,through the analysis of the proposed scheme to optimize the construction to achieve the purpose of reducing the elasticinhomogeneity,to verify the feasibility of the proposed scheme,select the three continuous span the same anchor in construction period even set three conditions that contact line natural droop,reserved relaxation of contact line and the same height of the contact line in two first hanging string.In order to ensure the site to meet the pre design situation after construction,in the construction process of strict control of important processes,after the construction,the height of the three cross contact line is verified by the laser measuring instrument,the feasibility of the optimization scheme is verified by the cold slip under the condition of pre design.Through the simple catenary suspension elastic and elastic inhomogeneity research can clear that contact line tension,catenarywire tension,span,and pole dropper distance of normal contact of contact-line are the factors of elastic influence,to make clear that the programmer about reserved relaxation on span optimum construction can improve the problem about elastic inhomogeneity.In the design and construction of the OCS consider these factors and optimization schemecan ensure that the pantograph and contact line are in good contact with the pantograph catenary.
