With the rapid development of urbanization in China,urban rail transit system has gradually become the main development trend of public transport system,and straddle monorail vehicles,as an important part of it,have been widely used in many cities.Good current collection quality of pantograph and catenary is an important factor to ensure the safe operation of straddle monorail vehicles,and in the process of vehicle operation,the sliding block of pantograph head will inevitably cause wear because of the sliding friction between pantograph head slider and catenary.Therefore,it is necessary to study and analyze the pantograph current collection performance and pantograph wear characteristics of straddle monorail vehicles.In this paper,from the point of view of improving the current-receiving quality of pantograph and pantograph wear,the changes of pantograph current-receiving performance and pantograph wear under different operating conditions are analyzed by computer simulation.The main research content is as follows:(1)Analysis of dynamic characteristics of pantograph and catenary of monorail vehicle.Taking the SCG-100 pantograph and the rigid double-wire catenary of the monorail vehicle as the research object,the three-dimensional solid models of the pantograph and the catenary are established by using the three-dimensional software CATIA,and the geometric motion of the pantograph is analyzed to verify the accuracy of the pantograph model.On this basis,the modes of pantograph multi-rigid-body model,rigid-flexible coupling model and catenary multi-flexible body model are analyzed respectively.(2)Dynamic modeling of pantograph-catenary coupling system of monorail vehicle.The dynamic model of the pantograph-catenary coupling system of a monorail vehicle is established by using the multi-body dynamics analysis software ADAMS,in which the pantograph is considered as a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model and the catenary is considered as a flexible multi-body dynamic model.When establishing the dynamic model of straddle monorail vehicle,the random excitation of track beam road surface is also taken into account to explore the influence of road random excitation on pantograph-catenary coupling system.(3)Simulation analysis of pantograph-catenary coupling dynamics of monorail vehicle.The pantograph-catenary contact force of monorail vehicle is analyzed according to the evaluation index of pantograph-catenary current receiving quality,and the effects of different line conditions,running speed and pantograph parameters on the pantograph-catenary current receiving quality of monorail vehicle are studied.(4)Analysis of wear characteristics of pantograph.The pantograph wear is studied theoretically by Hertz contact theory and Archard wear theory.Based on these two theories,the pantograph slider wear simulation analysis of the finite element model of pantograph-catenary coupling system is carried out to explore the influence of different running speed on the pantograph slider wear degree of monorail vehicles under the condition of straight line and curved line.
