Since the reform and opening up, China’s growing economic level, comprehensivenational strength, people’s living standards continue to improve, At present,our country hasentered a period of rapid development of high-speed railway. The contact stability betweenthe pantograph and catenary is important to keep the quality of current-collecting. In thehigh-speed catenary system pantograph, whether the internal or the external parameters willcause dramatic changes in system stability, at low speed of these changes is not obvious.However, with the speed inereasing of train, the contact force would varies extreme. Sparksoccur offline if interconnection bow contact pressure becomes zero, and it is the contactpressure is too high so that the contact wire uplift amount exceeds a predeterminedrange,causing abrasion damage, serious accident when disconnection occurs and a large areasmaintain,this will affect the normal operation of the railway.Therefore, this article developedpantograph simulation software to improve flow conditions and provide a theoretical basisby using catenary pantograph dynamic uplift and contact pressure as the evaluation index.The paper bases on the understand of the catenary-pantograph coposition and the motioncharacteristics. First of all,the thesis select Euler beam structure as modle of catenary modelto derive a simple chain hanging catenary calculation model according catenary-pantographsystem structures.Then,through in-depth discussion of the model with finite element analysissoftware ANSYS, We have discussed free vibration property. Afterwards, the establishment ofa pantograph nonlinear differential equations of motion, and linearization of the entirepantograph static analysis. Perpendicular coupling kinetic model is established based onbinary pantogrph model,ulteriorly the group of pantograph-ocs system’s movementdifferential equations is derived from Lagrange’s Equationand solved with the method ofNewmark by compiling numerical emulation program. Under certain parameters, the use ofthe bow network simulation program created to discuss the relationship between the amountof uplift and catenary contact pressure at different speeds, then bow nets were also part of thediscussion offline.Finaly, the contact pressure of the maximum and minimum values asperformance evaluation, the pantograph parameters were optimized, the paper proposesmeasures to improve the flow and the contact force detection are briefly introduced.
