Research On The Design Of Mountain Residential Service Complex

China is a country with a variety of terrain,especially in mountainous areas which accounts for more than 2/3 and the population living in mountainous areas is about half of the total population.In recent years,as maturation of market and the steady growth of the national economy continue,China’s urbanization process has been significantly accelerated.As the consequence of rapid development of urbanization the scale of the mountain towns expand and the urban space of old towns saturates.The construction of large scale new urban area has become an important carrier of urbanization along with the development and construction of Mountainous Residential Area.It provides a lot of new living space for mountain towns.At the same time,some problems in the design of the mountain residential district are gradually raised.Therefore,it is necessary for us to combine the design practice and the research results of the existing mountain building design theory to analyze and explore a deep level of the mountain residential district.There are five chapters in this thesis and structurally it has several aspects as following:The first chapter is the introduction part mainly describing the research background,the purpose and significance of the research and research content and methods and research framework etc.The second chapter is describing the design elements of the mountain residential district mainly from 3 aspects: its related concepts,its external influence factors and its function.The third chapter is about mountain live clubhouse space layout and design forms,mainly focused in mountain residential Clubhouse site selection,spatial distribution and morphology of the detailed analysis and also induction and research.It elaborates how the mountain residential Clubhouse achieve a combination and coordination to mountain environment as a communion.The fourth chapter is the analysis and research of examples of mountain residential district.The main part of this paper is to analyze and discuss the full range of the Mountainous Residential District.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and summary of this essay.The relevant analysis and research of this essay hopefully will prompt and encourage the research and design work of the mountain residential district.
