| As the pillar industry in national economy,construction industry is transforming from labor-based model to technology-based model.The deepening of industrial transformation as well as the flourishing of new technology and process have brought new challenges to the government in quality supervision.The urgent problems we need to solve are that how the project quality supervision agency,which is entrusted by administrative department in charge,adapts to the development of construction,how it does well in quality supervision in “high-level,difficult,deep and large” projects and how it guarantees the quality of the project.At present,the materials on quality supervision are relatively few at home and abroad.It is hoped to enrich and fill the gaps in this aspect through the summary of successful supervision of typical project.This paper will take the main points of key technology control as well as quality supervision as research orientation and the function of government quality supervision organization as the breakthrough point.It will summarize the control methods of quality supervision and management through the study and analysis of quality responsibility of each party involved in construction as well as the main points of key technology control and quality supervision in Jinta Tower project in Tianjin.The main research content and methods are as follows: the construction of super-long bored concrete pile and control of post grouting technology;the supervision key points of construction and monitor of super-deep foundation pit;jacking simulated experiment of mass concrete pouring and concrete-filled steel tubular column will determine the control method;the study and confirmation of construction technology control and supervision key points in the installation of high-rise steel plate shear wall and curtain wall.Key construction technologies involved in this paper have been successfully applied in Jinta Tower project and the study of quality control and supervision has made success in practice.It is hoped that these success could provide references for similar projects. |
