Research On The Detailed Design Of Parking Lots In Residential Area Based On Real Estate Practice

In recent years,with the rapid speed of real estate in China,the real estate promote national economy increasingly.The development of the real estate market become more and more standardized and scientific study,get into the refine design stage gradually.The product design walk into the refine stage from the standardized and scientific stage.The refinement of design study is the development of real estate enterprises to adapt to the market economy and meet the increasing requirements of the residents and improve their own quality important performance.With the human spiritual needs as well as rising material needs,refinement and humanization design get more and more attention.With the continuous improvement of human living standards,the growth of vehicle ownership is seriously.The parking supply and demand has become a new city problem.The parking problem has appeared increasingly.The residential parking area,especially the underground parking garage is inefficient use of space and inconvenient.In order to improve the efficiency of the garage,improve comfort living environment and reduce the waste of resources,we have to solve these problems during the garage design.This study focused on the main problem is the refine design research based on parking area of the real estate practice.The refine design research refers to the different requirements that carry out the design of different customer,in order to use resources reasonably,enhance the space,equipment,facilities of customer experience,to meet high demand quality of life for customer.The residential building develop toward refined,privacy and convenience.The corresponding parking mode also separate and has private development trend.With the practice of refine parking design,this paper aims to solve the parking problems in various ways through the park,sum up the parking mode,summarize the refinement of the design and humanized design with the more general way of the underground parking.I hope that this article can provide more design reference of real estate development in future and give more fine design study of the underground parking in residential area.
