Over the years nation's investment ratio in the infrastructure construction is large,and reinforced concrete is widely used.So the U-shape tie wire is widely used.The U-shape tie wire forming & strapping machine is an automatic production equipment that produce u-shape tie wire used in binding rebar.the U-shape tie wire machine will reduce the rhythm from the original 12~ 15s/bunch to 1.5 ~ 2s/bunch.First we investigate the wire products production equipment,domestic production situation and the demand of u-shaped wire.The paper checking the intensity of driving shaft and driven shaft.According to the working condition of the shaft,and the stress distribution,using the fini te element analysis software,calculate the stress state in the process of its production,and get the biggest Von Misese stress;Then according to the material and heat treatment characteristics,S-N curve,the fatigue strength of shaft was analyzed,and the design is improved according to the results.Then analyze the frame mode.In order to get a accurate modal vibration mode,extract the rack components including: motor,reducer,chain sprocket,u-shaped wire forming component,binding component were equivalent to concentrated mass point connected to the rack with RBE2 element.Using Lanczos algorithm,to calculate the frame of the deformation,stress distribution,and its natural frequency and vibration mode.Finally,the frame of the frequency response is analyzed.In the paper the bending moment of tie wire was calculated,and using NX software to model the U-shape tie wire forming parts.In the NX movement simulation environment,set up the component and kinematic pair,applied load,constraints,and define related movement function,calculate the curve of the displacement,velocity,stress parameters of working parts over time in production;Then according to the stress curve,the paper analyzes deformation and stress distribution of each point of the slope plate during the U-shape tie wire forming process.It provides the reference to optimal design of the forming slope plate.The paper in the tie wire feeding & cut off,and the u-shaped wire strapping part was carried on the design and checking.First calculate the 1.6 mm tie wire straightening and cutting process,to decide the type of feed motor and the wire cut cylinder.In order to guarantee agencies to the safe and stable work,take a larger safety factor.FEA method is applied to calculate the bundle of wire gear and cooperate with the rack of the key parts of Von Mises stress distribution,to verify the design of the structure.
