| Wiring harness tying and knotting is the key technology in the circuit wiring stage of intelligent equipment.Because the tying and knotting space between circuit boards is small,most enterprises finish the tying and knotting work of wiring harness by hand.In order to improve the production efficiency and automation degree of enterprises,this paper designs a circuit board wire harness strapping machine which can be used in the place with small operating space,in order to realize the automatic strapping and knotting work of circuit board wire harness.First of all,at the same time of making clear the design requirements of wire harness strapping machine,determine the overall design scheme.According to the topology knot theory to analyze multiple knots,determine the small springback tie knot way as tied knot way of binding machine,the transport of small springback process moves into the cord,cyclization,round ring,tight rope four stages,corresponding to the four stages of separating the design auxiliary ring formation mechanism,cyclization,respectively,various institutions and knot auxiliary treatment around the ring,Using Solid Works to design the four parts of the core mechanism for three-dimensional modeling of the whole machine,complete the mechanical structure design of the wire harness strapping machine.Secondly,in order to verify the feasibility and stability of the auxiliary ring formation mechanism,through ADAMS kinematics simulation analysis was carried out on the auxiliary ring formation mechanism,the simulation results show that the design of bidirectional line drive mode can smoothly driven cylindrical CAM mechanism to implement clip and action of hanging cord,and the rotating part translation displacement and velocity curve conforms to line displacement and movement characteristics of cylindrical CAM;To verify whether strapping machine main force body strength and stiffness meet the use requirement,through ANSYS flue organization,main racks and support plate for the statics analysis,based on the results of the analysis of the main support frame and support plate for the topology optimization design and lightweight design,on the basis of meet the use conditions to reduce the weight of the strapping machine;Through the transient dynamic analysis of the ring-around transmission mechanism,it is verified that the gear and gear ring of the transmission mechanism meet the requirements of the strength.Finally,to test the circuit board wiring harness between strapping machine core institutions design scheme is reasonable,wire binding machine between the circuit board and the formation of the knot,respectively,to test,the test results show that the research of the circuit board wiring harness between strapping machine can be tied the knot,the formation of stable and satisfy the use requirement,a form of knot firmly It provides a reference for the optimization design of the circuit board interwire harness strapping machine and the whole machine processing test. |
