In the 21st century,with the incessancy improvement of global intelligent manufacturing and the improvement of people’s living standards,the work which is repetitive and tedious is facing the problem of manpower shortage.And the demand for electromechanical integration equipment in all industries is increasingly high.The domestic wire winding machine industry is still in the development period,which facing a lot of problems,such as the insufficiency of the independent innovation capability,the low automation level,the backward of automatic control and so on.With the changing of development trend of winding machine from general type to special type,small and medium-sized enterprises that lack independent innovation will face new challenges.In view of the above problems,we have developed a kind of special wire reel automatic winding machine based on PLC and studied the key technology of that.The main research content includes the following aspects.(1)Considering the functional requirements and taking into account the cost,operation reliability and operation safety of the equipment comprehensively,a wire-winding machine which can replace manual work to complete automatic feeding and automatic discharging,automatic wiring and automatic packaging was developed in this paper.And the hardware control system and software control system of the equipment were designed.(2)In order to guarantee the coordinated operation of the equipment and to improve the production efficiency,the relation between the actuator actions of the automatic wire winder and the optimal method of timing action optimization are carried out in this paper.And an optimization model of the action timing sequence is proposed,which has reduced the production cycle of the winding machine by guaranteeing the function of the wire winder.(3)Based on the straightening theory,the straightening system parameters of winding machine are designed and calculated in this paper.In addition,the straightening process of iron wire was simulated by ABAQUS finite element method.And the influence of roll distance,pressure and tension in the straightening parameters on the straightening quality of iron wire was studied with the using of orthogonal test method.Selecting the optimal parameter combination ensures the success rate of the function realization.(4)In order to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the equipment,the automatic wire drawing technology is analyzed and optimized in the paper.Through the calculation and analysis of the resistance of the wire drawing system and the wire rebound,the adding of power producer and the optimization of control program are proposed to ensure the sufficient lead length and the realization of the fixed wire function.The rationality and stability of the optimization are also verified by experiments.
