| Automatic strapping machine is an intelligent devices which contain mechanical structure, microcomputer and automation control. With the rapid development of packaging, logistics and other industries, the demand of automatic strapping machine will be increasing. With the industrial upgrading, application of production lines,the machine should have the quality with high-speed, high reliability and ease of maintenance. Currently, compared with foreign machine, the domestic machine is generally at a low level, packing speed is generally only 20 to 30 packs / min, and the machine will broke down frequently. Foreign machine is expensive and replacement of wearing parts and other maintenance are very inconvenient, and the cost of maintenance is very high. Therefore, we need to develop a domestic strapping machine which with high-performance and cost-effective.To achieve these goals, the project team developed a new generation of strapping machine and achieved initial success with the help of relevant companies. The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows:Chapter 1 introduces background and purpose of the research of the strapping machine, and on the basis of research of both foreign machine and domestic machine,give out the proposed contents and objectives.Chapter 2, research the old strapping machine, analyzed the different parts of the machine, summarized the function of each part, learned the experience of mechnical design.Chapter 3, redesign the workflow of the strapping machine,conduct modular division according to the functions and determine the overall design.Chapter 4, desgin the specific mechanical structure according to the modular division, from the cam of the head module cam, outward to each module.Chapter 5, conduct the selection of the drive motor of the machine,select the appropriate motor and design the control system according to the selected motor.Chapter 6, conduct related experiments of the core components-heater tip and draw some important conclusions.Chapter 7, summarize the whole work of the research and development, and give out suggestions for the further research. |
