Research On Simulation Training System Of Gas Boiler

This project comes from Daqing Oilfield Co.,Ltd.Natural Gas-sub Company Branch Training Center Gas Boiler Simulation Training System Research Project.In order to improve the technical quality of the operation of the natural gas branch boiler,the developed gas boiler simulation training system was developed.Based on the current simulation control and the development direction and situation of the distributed control system,this simulation system is designed for gas and medium design.The simulation system of the simulation system is designed for gas and gas.For the steam and hot water,in the training can be composed of two states,namely the gas steam boiler,gas hot water boiler.Simulated boiler controlled by two microcomputer,with a computer control boiler.Mainly using DCS control mode,the whole system to achieve dynamic control.The use of speech synthesis technology,optical principle and mixed control technology,synchronous transmission and signal comparison technology to achieve the simulation of boiler operation of the sound,flame,temperature,pressure,water level and valve linkage changes.Through realistic sound and light design and temperature and pressure and other data show that trainees have immersive feel,improve the boiler operating skills,to achieve good training results.This paper analyzes and studies the composition of the hardware system of the boiler simulation training system,the basic principle and the basic composition of the physical system.In the development process,the complicated process is divided into relatively independent modules,and the model is established to greatly enhance the system reliability.The simulation system can reproduce more than ten kinds of accidents such as full water,severe water shortage,overpressure,steaming and so on.It provides training personnel with the opportunity to practice and deal with accidents on the boiler,optimize the accident procedure and enhance the boiler operation The operation ability of the personnel in the operation of the common failure of the boiler capacity;given the operational skills evaluation rules and the realization of boiler operation automatic evaluation of the solution;discussed the system of the difficulties,characteristics and practical application of the economic and social benefits.
