Design And Simulation Of Ship's Boiler For Operation Training System

Today boiler is still an important power devices in the steam power warship. It is of very importance for the workers to the safety and efficiency of operating boiler. However,under the traditional training mode, most operators' educational background of operating boiler is low, and their ability of dealing with emergency is very poor.so that they should be trained termly and aperiodically.In order to safety ,efficiency and economy of training,we can naturally considered and designed a simulation system of boiler in operation training. The paper in general describes conception of simulation,method of modeling and step of modeling. The paper also describes many functions and some configuration of the boiler simulation for operation training system .and the paper designs and researchs the hardware and software of simulation machine. With the developping of technique of simulation and person computer(P.C.) ,more and more P.C. is applied to simulation. The operating station based on minic panel of P.C.can be simply divided into two parts including the instructor work station system and the digital desktop simulation system. This paper presents physical models of modules which solutions are followed to conservation of mass ,conservation of energy,conservation of momentum and equation of gas state the paper gives an euler calculational method of solving the whole model by computer. This paper also presents model of modules such as combustion system and heat transfer between boiler system and heating . boiler system model is divided into such modules as hearth combustion,fuel system,steam drum, superheater,economy heat exchanger,and air fanner system,which models of the modules are set up respectively. Finally, this paper analysises and simulates boiler system, and validates the result.
