Today Boiler plays an important role in the national economy,and the energy generated by the boiler promotes the development of various industries.Boiler water cycle system is the core of the boiler system.The key energy conversion occurs in the water cycle system.The water cycle system not only suffers from the high temperature,high pressure and corrosion in working,but also has to face the unfavorable factors such as the furnace worker's misoperation and inadequate maintenance which are easily leading to boiler water cycle accident.Firstly,the social significance of the boiler and the common problems of the boiler are analyzed according to the statistical data given by the State Administration of Work Safety.Then,we will choose boiler water cycle system,which is the key subsystem of the boiler system,and analyze their common problems.Then,taking the evolvement process of boiler accident as the main part,analyzing the input and output events that enter the system at different stages.and the mathematical model of boiler water cycle system was established on the basis of thermodynamics.Then analyze the heat transfer efficiency in the water cycle system,calculate the hydrodynamic force and the resistance of the water-wall,and analyze the common causes of the natural circulation failure of the boiler.At the same time,the mathematic model is established on the basis of heat transfer and fluid mechanics.At last,in order to simulate the boiler accident reproduction and simulate the evolution of the boiler accident,this paper will develop the subject with 3ds Max as the modeling tool,Unity 3D as the driving engine and C # as the programming language.At the same time,in order to better present the simulation results and reduce rendering pressure of the hardware,this paper will try to use a new method which we call Shader to edit the user defined material effects.The research of this paper realizes the simulation of boiler water cycle system,which can simulate the water level change and liquid surface boiling in drum.It can simulate the flow of working medium in the descending tube and the ascending tube,the transformation of the vapor phase and the state of the pipe itself after being heated under different working conditions.The significance of this water cycle system simulation software is to help the operator understand the boiler operation principle,learn the basic operation process and improve the emergency operation ability in the emergency state,which will help reduce the boiler water cycle accident caused by fireman's misoperation.
